Confidentiality Notice

All of the U-M Administrator Evaluation survey responses you provide, encompassing both the multiple-choice selections and open-ended text replies, are handled with the utmost confidentiality. Only the core ITS team facilitating the survey has access to your responses.

The information gathered from the multiple-choice questions is confidentially processed to create de-identified aggregated data visualizations. These visualizations illustrate collective insights, devoid of any personal identifiers, that are publicly showcased on the AEC Survey website.

Free-text comments are also anonymous and only shared with the assessed administrator (or, in the case of Opinions of Faculty - with the respective campus provost) for a limited period following the survey's conclusion. After the review period, all free-form text responses are irreversibly deleted and purged from all University of Michigan systems.
